Our relationship with EGO Restaurants is long standing. Kenneymoore acquired the Groups first unit back in 1997.
Over the ensuing years we have advised on a range of strategic acquisitions ancluding their signature restaurant in Liverpool. Here we again spotted the potential for alternative use - this now trades immediately adjacent to the Liverpool Philharmonic Concert Hall. Additional restaurants have been added in Chester, Stockton Heath and Bramhall.
EGO have subsequently been the subject of an equity injection from a new management board and we are working with the new team in the next exciting phase of the companies aggressive expansion across the North West and Midlands.
