Tim has over 25 years of retail experience, working in and around the north west agency market, and prides himself on the personal attention to detail imperative in "getting deals done".
After 4 (post degree) years in private practice in Nottingham “cutting his teeth” across all commercial sectors a move to The Sears Retail Group kick-started his Passion for retailing. Moving to the NW, Tim became an equity partner of a major North West agency before leaving to co-found kenneymoore in 1995.
He has an intimate knowledge of the North West retail scene with a particular emphasis on the High Street and Shopping Centre markets, and heads up kenneymoore’s disposal and Shopping Centre business, and associated L&T work
Tim also has an active stable of retail and investment clients for whom he is constantly searching for new opportunities, so be it for landlord or tenant, he has the experience, knowledge, and, enthusiasm to help.
