TIM KENNEY BSc FRICS
Tim has over 20 years of retail experience, working in and around the north west agency market, and prides himself on the personal attention to detail that is so important in "getting deals done".
Having "kick-started" his career at The Sears Retail Group, Tim eventually became equity partner of a major North West agency before leaving to co-found kenneymoore in 1995.
He has an intimate knowledge of the North West retail scene with a particular emphasis on the High Street and Shopping Centre markets.
Tim has an active stable of retail and investment clients for whom he is constantly searching for new opportunities, so be it a landlord or a tenant, Tim has the experience, knowledge, and, as important, the enthusiasm to help.

HOWARD S MOORE H.Dip Est Man
Howard specialises in Retail Portfolio Management and acts on behalf of both leading landlords and cutting edge tenants across the UK.
Educated at Hutton Grammar School, Preston and Leicester Polytechnic, he has worked in the property industry since 1983 initially with one of London's leading West End Retail Practices between 1985 and 1993 before moving northwest and becoming a founding partner of kenneymoore.
Howard has extensive knowledge of the Prime Retail Market, providing advice on new acquisitions, re-sites, disposals, and Landlord and Tenant issues. Most notably for Beaverbrooks the Jewellers and Republic.
